**★ SUPPLIED ITEMS ★**
Upon your arrival, find the cabins thoughtfully stocked with essential items:
- Linens, comforters, pillows
- Bath towels, washcloths, hand towels
- Dish towels, dishcloths, dish detergent
- Automatic dishwasher detergent
- Bath soap
- 1 roll of paper towels
- 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom
- Trash can liners

Please note: While we provide a starter kit, you may need to replenish supplies during your stay at your own cost. Additionally, the cabins do not come stocked with spices, cooking oil, butter, etc. Previous guests may leave some, so feel free to use what's available.

**★ SMOKING POLICY ★**
Absolutely no smoking inside the cabins - NO EXCEPTIONS. If you choose to smoke on the deck, please refrain from discarding cigarette butts on the ground. Ensure the butt is fully extinguished and deposit them in the designated sand-filled pail or trash can before departure. If housekeeping or the groundskeeper needs to pick up discarded butts, a fee of $1 per butt will be charged. Evidence of smoking inside the cabins will result in a charge of $200 for deodorizing the home. This policy is STRONGLY ENFORCED.

**★ NO PETS ALLOWED ★**
While we adore furry friends, our homes aren't suitable for them. If a pet is found on the premises, a $200 fee will be charged, and we kindly ask you to leave with no refund. This policy is STRONGLY ENFORCED. Your understanding is greatly appreciated.

**★ MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY ★**
The cabins should only be occupied by the designated number, as specified by the fire marshal, at any given time. House parties are strictly prohibited. Any reservation made under false pretense will result in forfeiture, and the party will not be allowed to check in. Violation of occupancy limits may result in eviction, with no refund, or a $300 fine.

**★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★**
Kindly treat our homes as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits.

**★ RENTER AGREEMENT ★**
Please note that a signed renter agreement is required upon booking confirmation.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
